Our Mission

We believe that Jesus came to earth not only to die for our sins, yet by his example, we may learn how to live life to its fullest. That's why we cling to the records of his words and actions given to us in the Bible.

The Bible doesn't go into much detail about Jesus' childhood, but what it does say summarizes our mission in RidgeKids. From the time a child is born to the time he reaches 5th grade, we desire to mirror the life of Christ in his life.

And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.
— Luke 2:52

We learn from this scripture that Jesus grew physically, mentally/emotionally, and relationally with his heavenly father and with those he did life with day in and day out. We desire the same for every child that attends RidgeKids.

We want to meet every child where they are in their physical development with the Gospel of Jesus Christ; teaching them, as Jesus taught, to love God with all your heart, soul, and mind and to love your neighbor as yourself (Matthew 22:37-40).
